Previous Revu versions do not support this improvement. This Open License (OL) improvement is only available to customers who install Revu 20.0.20. If a user wants to continue using Revu, they will be able to access a new seat of Revu, even after their limit of seats has been reached.

The idle state happens when a user’s Window’s session goes into a locked state. The idle state will release a seat of Revu when a user has locked their computer or the computer auto-locks, allowing more seats of Revu to be available for other users at a customer’s organization.
